The seminary faces many needs that fall outside
day-to-day operating expenses and financial aid.
These needs include renovation and building projects,
land acquisitions, and providing for Biblical's
future through our endowment. As stewards of
God's resources, we seek to avoid long-term debt
that may hinder the future solvency of the seminary.
Gifts for current projects enable us to maintain
a light debt load. Your help in any of these
areas is greatly appreciated.
Capital Campaigns
When large-scale projects are needed–such as
renovating the library or buying property–we
rely on donations from individuals, businesses,
and foundations. We are currently involved in
purchasing an adjacent property, as well as completing
renovations on our third floor. (Click
here to see how these projects are progressing.)
Endowment
An endowment is a permanent investment in our
ministry. Endowment earnings provide funds over
and above what can be generated through the annual
fund and tuition. You can help us attract and
retain quality faculty members through endowed
professorships, or help us build our financial
aid resources. Biblical currently has two scholarly
endowments, the Allan A. MacRae Professorship,
held by Dr. J. Robert Vannoy,
and the Thomas V. Taylor Professorship, held
by Dr.
Charles Zimmerman.
