Imagine for a moment standing on top of the world. The view… the beauty… The majestic Pikes Peak in Colorado is one of the most renowned peaks in the continental United States. Students will climb thirteen miles to the 14,110 ft. summit. Timeless principles of leadership are both taught and experienced while the student prepares and engages with other members of the team during the two day hike.

Each student prepares spiritually, physically, emotionally, and relationally for the climb. All participants will have an opportunity to lead their group for part of the hike, deliver a leadership lesson to their group, and share the insights they gain with the whole group. The group returns to the trailhead via the cog railroad. In other words, you climb up and ride down.*
