Why Should You Choose Biblical?
Since graduating from Biblical, I have been serving as Associate Pastor at Vineyard Community Church - West Philly. My Biblical education has come in handy as I strive to serve God and the people of Philadelphia. From my first class at Biblical, I knew it was the right place to prepare me for full-time ministry. I am confident that the education I received at Biblical has enhanced my ability to lead well and to love God and others. -Rachael Sutliff, LEAD MDiv '11

"In my work as a pastor, I've continued to rely on the geography of Jesus as a way of understanding both the human and divine story. We'll stay in old Nazareth, walk the way of Jesus, spend time in the Old City of Jerusalem and stay with families in Bethlehem---uncovering both the ancient holy and the everyday holy of today while in this beautiful and contested place. The stories of Jesus and the Text come alive in new ways--provoking new questions and invigorating insights when walking ancient paths and retracing pilgrim ways." Steve Kriss, ABD, trip co-leader and adjunct professor in practical theology.
"One of m
y greatest regrets when I was in seminary was not having the opportunity to participate in the living history of Christ and the Bible by traveling to the Holy Land. So please do not miss this opportunity--now available to students at Biblical Seminary--to walk the paths of Jesus, to visit with local Christians, and to explore the great places and sights of the Bible. Come refresh your faith and enliven your studies. I'll see you there!" Derek Cooper, PhD, trip co-leader and visiting professor church history and New Testament
