Thom leads the development team at Biblical in building relationships with its alumni, friends, foundations, churches, and businesses. The mission of the development department is to meet the gift income needs of the seminary in a manner that serves donors and honors the Lord.

Lydia serves as support staff for the Development office, affectionately known as "the glue" that holds the department together.

Dan is a graduate of our Master of Arts in Counseling program ('02) and also serves as the Director of Library Services. In addition he maintains relationships with major donors and coordinates Breakfast with Biblical.

Lucy works with Biblical on a part-time basis. Her responsibilities include, overseeing the gift entry process, producing monthly and annual reports, customizing database reports, and supervising data management processes.

Hannah provides leadership for Development Communications, including strategic direct mail campaigns, the publication of Biblical on Mission, and foundation proposals. She also manages Phonathon and helps coordinate other special events. She graduated from our Master of Arts in Counseling program in 2010.
