LEAD students follow a sequenced curriculum in missional theology, church history, English Bible, and Christian leadership.

Theological and biblical studies emphasize practical ministry application rooted in theological reflection and thoughtful exegesis of their ministry contexts.

Leadership courses examine leadership principles for healthy leaders, congregations, and ministries.

A cohort community

Five spiritual retreats

9-10 day intercultural ministry experience

Program length: 3 years
Format: Tuesday nights and one Saturday per month
